- Purpose: Establishing direction for Year 2 of the Branch Reboot
During this meeting, we’re asking everyone in attendance to share some thoughts:
- What does AAUW’s mission mean to you? Why are you investing time + money in AAUW?
- What are 1-2 issues AAUW focuses on that you feel are “low hanging fruit” that we can focus on in the coming year that will both benefit our community and make you feel like you’re laying the groundwork to get a strong return on investment?
- What are some ideas on the first steps we might take to start implementing that groundwork?

- 6:00 PM – 6:10 PM — Welcome + Introductions
- 6:10 PM – 6:20 PM — Report on the State Conference / We earned diamonds!!
- 6:20 PM – 6:30 PM — Finance Report + Membership Dues Update
- 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM — Group Convos: Why are we here? What do we want to accomplish and how? (Discussing your responses to the questions listed above.)
- 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM — Establishing Year 2 Calendar, Officer Roles, Budget
- 8:00 PM — Adjourn w/ Date for next meeting & action items in-between!
